This program teaches you how to incorporate mobility drills, active and dynamic flexibility into your Yoga practice to achieve your goals. Most definitely YES! If you have been attending Yoga classes, chances are you’ve been practicing a lot of passive flexibility.
I’ve been practicing Yoga for years, will Flow State help me progress?. This program is all about listening to your body, honouring how it is feeling and practicing from that place! There are many options throughout the practice to be gentle when needed. It will definitely help you if you have a history of movement practice, whether that be pilates, climbing, gym, sports etc. Each lesson is under 30 minutes!Ībsolutely YES! This program is designed for anyone curious about the deeper layers of YOGA practice, whether you've been practicing for 5 days or 5 years. Of course, you may adjust according to your lifestyle. You will choose a posture focus (for example: the Front Splits) and commit to the program 4 days/ week for one month. We have a private and supportive Flow State Community Facebook group that will be with you the whole way. All the lessons are pre-recorded and you can follow at your own pace and schedule in the comfort of your own home! Remember, there is no beginning or end, just the practice.įlow State is an on-demand course. Enjoy bonus variations - which offer fun & playful adaptions of each asana to always keep your practice interesting. Gain the knowledge & confidence to practice outside of the gym or studio creatively & consistently.
